Job summary

Walmart, Mobile, AL, seeks a seasoned retail supervisor to lead and develop teams across store operations. You will mentor associates, set expectations, and drive customer service excellence using the OBW framework and data-driven insights.

Youll manage budgeting, merchandising, and shrink control to meet sales and profit goals, while recruiting and developing hourly staff. The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities: CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Attends and completes all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service and drives customer service initiatives and programs.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PLs, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervises and develops hourly associates, sets expectations and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth goals.
