Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, associate may require CBC and Firearms training where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job trainings and assessments such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by managing PL, budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved and improves processes to deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity.
