Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgment of CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow and store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
