• Partners with Store Manager to optimize pharmacy and retail performance.
• Manages scheduling, hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyzes financial and operational data to drive improvements.
• Provides training and development to team members.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and store assets.
• Supports community outreach and external partnerships.
• Ensures cash handling and inventory control procedures are followed.
