Job summary

BFS Foods seeks a General Manager for its White Hall, WV store. You will oversee all store operations, including program execution, inventory control, foodservice, ordering, receiving, and sanitation, while maximizing efficiency and ensuring quality across products and staff.

The role requires leadership of scheduling, training, merchandising, promotions, and adherence to company policies to maintain top-tier customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides top quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service.
• Recruit, train, develop and evaluate employees of the store to properly execute programs and foodservice safety procedures.
• Create a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect and ensuring consistent quality of foodservice.
• Schedule and conduct all store meetings and manage labor to meet efficiency guidelines.
• Oversee product ordering, receiving, and rotation, and ensure temperatures and quality meet company policies.
• Maintain inventory controls, merchandising, signage, pricing and promotions.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventories and coordinate with home office for reports.
• Ensure sanitation standards and health inspections are met; supervise store duties and daily inspections.
• Prepare invoices, cash handling, deposits and back-office data entry; monitor security and cash audits.
