You will assist the General Manager with staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring policy compliance while leading a team to uphold merchandising standards and a secure, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous supervisor experience required
• Ability to supervise a large team
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Background screenings required

Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading the store and adhering to company policies
• Operates the store as the Manager On Duty with the management team
• Maintains security and acts as a key holder
• Handles customer complaints and ensures satisfaction
• Maintains merchandising, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Assists with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent
• Trains and develops Associates and Leads
• Delivers daily briefings and conducts meetings
• Communicates performance feedback to staff
• Manages scheduling and daily agendas
• Performs other duties as assigned
