Jersey Mike's Brookfield is seeking a Manager in Training to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will help ensure the store is orderly and that team members perform duties properly and efficiently.

The role requires leadership, enthusiasm, and adherence to company policies. You will train staff, manage shifts, and contribute to a positive customer experience while upholding Jersey Mike's standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Management in the Food Industry.
• Energetic, hard-working and ethical.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Commitment to learning.
• Strong desire to work as a Team Player.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fully open availability.
• Able to stand for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude.
• Input orders into a POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Work with the line team to prepare subs per customer specs while following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, and slicers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitize utensils and restrooms.
• Coordinate with management to create schedules, train new employees, and resolve issues.
