Job summary

Homewood & Meeks, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a store leader to manage daily operations, sales, service, purchasing and manufacturing, guiding a team to maximize productivity and profitability. Typical stores handle up to $15M in annual sales and require strong leadership and hands-on oversight.

You will supervise managers, coordinate schedules, monitor inventory and safety, and drive customer relations while delivering results within budget and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a related industry required.
• Knowledge of building materials, lumber products, and related logistics is important.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily store activities and resolves operating difficulties.
• Instructs, trains and directs managers and supervisors in performance of their jobs.
• Reviews personnel assignments and aligns them with production/sales plans.
• Monitors inventory to ensure sufficient materials are available for orders.
• Ensures profitability of sales activities and maintains customer relations.
• Acts as safety officer and conducts monthly safety meetings.
• Prepares location budgets and monitors variances with department supervisors.
