Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Store Leaders in Training in Georgia. You will assist in leading store operations across gasoline, retail, and food service, while gaining hands-on experience to prepare for a future promotion to Store Leader.

You will cover for the Store Leader within the district and participate in coaching team members, ensuring high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a retail operation or relevant experience with Parker’s or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, planning, and organizing store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support the Store Leader in managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring team members are trained and motivated.
• Step in for the Store Leader during vacations and absences to gain promotion-ready experience.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, ordering, and stocking, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.
