Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets Inc. invites experienced store leadership to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. You will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations, recruit and train new staff, ensure productive performance, and help drive store profitability.

• Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Monitor operations and staffing levels, and report to upper management.
• Prepare regular reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in achieving business and profit objectives.
