Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead a full-time team, manage schedules, implement plans for operational improvements, and ensure guidance and accountability across the store.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills required.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early shifts and overtime.
