Job summary

CVS Health in Englishtown, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through outstanding service and proactive leadership.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead and develop the store team, manage sales, inventory, staffing and finances, and respond quickly to issues to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
