Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Store Management team. This role drives store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

You will manage daily operations, supervision of the store crew, staffing, training, inventory and financial handling, and customer service leadership. The role emphasizes initiative and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
