CVS Pharmacy is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through exceptional service, availability, and accuracy.

Under the Store Manager’s supervision, you’ll lead by example, develop staff, and ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed to protect patients and colleagues. You’ll oversee management, sales, inventory, staffing, training, and financial aspects, while communicating
