CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager in Orlando, FL to lead store execution and performance while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work under the Store Manager to motivate the team, supervise daily activities, and implement policies that support safe, efficient store operations.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to adapt to early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Preferred: experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead store crew and supervise activities.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and promptly.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
