Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store leadership team in Attleboro, MA. You will drive store execution, supervise staff, manage inventory and finances, and foster excellent customer service to build loyalty.

The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on leading a productive team, implementing policies, and delivering strong store performance while ensuring safety and quality at every step.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
