Qualifications

• Two+ years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in retail.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate with Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, direct, and follow through to completion.
• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality customer service.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet objectives and ensure safety.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Oversee payroll administration and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment.
• Represent Ross brand and ensure merchandise presentation.
