Job summary

US LBM’s Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies seek an experienced store manager to lead daily operations, sales, service, purchasing and personnel. You will oversee staffing, inventories, safety, and budget planning to maximize productivity across locations achieving up to $15M in annual sales.

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $75K–$85K and requires 3–5 years of management experience in a related industry with strong leadership and customer

Qualifications

• Experience directing store operations including sales, service and purchasing.
• Ability to manage inventories, costs and profitability.
• Proven leadership and employee development skills.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily store activities, resolves issues and ensures on-time completion.
• Instructs and trains managers and supervisors in job performance.
• Reviews staffing assignments and production/sales plans.
• Monitors inventory levels and profitability of sales activities.
• Ensures safety and compliance across the store.
