Job summary

PA Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, sales, service, purchasing and manufacturing for a location generating $15M–$30M in annual sales. You’ll direct staff, manage inventory, ensure safety, and drive profitability.

You will coordinate with department leaders, review reports, and implement improvements to meet production and customer service goals. Prior experience in building materials and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a related industry.
• Knowledge of building materials and distribution operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Directs store operations and personnel including sales, service, purchasing and manufacturing.
• Instructs and trains managers and supervisors in their duties.
• Reviews production and sales reports and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures timely deliveries.
• Acts as safety officer and conducts safety meetings.
• Develops work schedules and sets operational goals.
• Manages costs, labor, and expenses with department supervisors.
• Ensures excellent customer relations and resolves issues.
