Brobston Group seeks a General Manager to lead store operations in the Asheville area, drive sales and profit goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on bringing the brand vision to life through strong leadership, client engagement, and high standards for store execution.

You will develop the store team, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities while maintaining company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with customers, management and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and some overnight travel.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and profit performance, strategic initiatives, and store productivity.
• Develop the store team through recruiting, coaching, feedback, education, and training.
• Build client development strategies and lead community outreach.
• Maintain inventory controls, shrink goals, store standards and company policies.
• Use technology and new selling approaches to improve business results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and identify market trends and profit opportunities.
