Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 50+ nonexempt and 5 exempt associates with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops management and hourly associates across facility operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Drives sales and profit through budgeting, forecasting and cost control while maintaining store standards.
• Oversees Academy training, employee engagement and succession planning; enforces company policies and open door policy.
• Develops community outreach and maintains relationships with local officials and stakeholders.
