Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Manager in Lithonia, GA, responsible for directing facility operations, merchandising, and company strategy. You will lead a diverse team of managers and hourly associates, implement training and succession plans, and drive financial performance, including budgeting, planning and cost control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees.
OR 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training requirements apply; other state-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Directs and leads the management team and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising and company direction.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining asset protection and safety controls.
