Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and open communication.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, merchandising, and shrink control.
• Drive store sales and monitor PL/Budgeted goals.
• Coach hourly associates and promote a culture of belonging.
