Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations, coach staff, and drive operational excellence across departments. You will partner with store leaders to plan priorities, translate strategy into action, and ensure sales, service, and safety standards are met on the floor and in back-of-house processes.

The role emphasizes inventory flow, labor planning, and merchandising execution while developing leadership capability for broader responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven success leading departments up to 40 team members.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop people.
• Solid business sense with ability to interpret operational and financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with inventory, order processing, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain required firearms-related certifications and comply with ATF/Form 4473.
