Job summary

Domino’s Operating Partner/General Manager leads daily store operations, providing overall leadership and supervision to achieve high standards of profitability, food safety, and guest satisfaction. This role requires the ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace.

Excellent customer service skills and experience in managing costs and technology (POS, ATS) are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
