Job summary

Domino's is seeking a capable Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee a single Domino’s store. You will provide leadership, supervise daily operations, and drive profitability while upholding food safety standards and an inclusive work environment.

We expect at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost management, and the ability to recruit and develop a team. A valid driver’s license is preferred and qualified candidates will manage POS/ATS operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
