Job summary

Domino’s Operating Partner/General Manager oversees the daily operations of a single Domino’s store, providing leadership and supervision to ensure profitability, food safety, and an engaging work environment.

The role requires prior GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost management, and the ability to recruit, retain, and develop a team while maintaining excellent customer service and basic tech operations such as POS/ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
