CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will lead store execution, performance, and customer service, under the Store Manager, building a motivated, compliant team and driving loyalty.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, flexible scheduling, and hands-on supervision across staffing, training, inventory, and financial management to deliver optimal store results and a superior CVS customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall store management support and policy implementation.
