Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team. You will help drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

Report to the Store Manager and lead a store team in supervision, staffing, training, and development to ensure smooth daily operations. Essential duties include managing store operations, inventory, staffing, finances, and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
