Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship or HS diploma + 2 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong ethics, communication and business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
