• Willingness to flexible schedule, possible relocation.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end/store operations.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and discipline team members.
• Improve customer experience and store performance metrics.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and store cash controls.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager.
• Support Pharmacy operations when needed.
