Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service and designated front-end activities, ensuring effective merchandising and profitability across pharmacy and retail areas.

You will lead and develop team members, handle scheduling, coaching, and performance management, and collaborate with external partners to support store objectives while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics, communication, and business acumen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion or cross-store opportunities.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations to ensure store goals are met.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, and coverage, including shifts and time records.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on data-driven decisions to drive sales and store profitability.
• Support pharmacy and front-end teams, training, and development of staff.
