Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Operations Manager in a Georgia location to lead operational execution, manage freight and front-end processes, and coach the operations team to meet safety and efficiency standards.

You will oversee the Receiver role, inventory controls, and backroom/dock maintenance while aligning with the Store Manager to drive financial results and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead F2F process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines and expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and ensure recovery standards.
• Oversee the Receiver role, including Weekly Checklist coaching and accountability for receiving standards.
• Oversee inventory control and compliance processes completed by the Receiver, including adjustments and reconciliations.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards, organization and recovery.
• Own damage feed/food markdown process execution and follow-up.
• Support Store Manager with store operations and financial results.
