Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and feedback to ensure service standards.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and promote a strong customer service culture.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promote a sense of belonging.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
