Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer service excellence. You will lead a store crew, manage staffing, training, inventory, and finances under the Store Manager's guidance, ensuring loyalty and smooth daily operations.

Flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends is required; prior retail management experience is preferred. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
