Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, manage sales and inventory, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, reporting to the Store Manager and supporting improvement plans.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and are prepared for a full-time schedule with some early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
