Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance, and customer service excellence. You will lead a store crew, implement policy, manage sales and inventory, and support strategic operations under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates will have strong deductive reasoning, analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and be able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
