Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store execution and performance under the Store Manager. You will lead a store crew, supervise daily activities, manage sales, inventory, staffing, and finances while promoting superior customer service and loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with a full-time flexible schedule including early shifts, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
