Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building loyalty through excellent customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on leadership, staffing, training, and financial management to support store success.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay range of $18.00 - $28.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
