Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, inventory control, staffing, and customer service excellence in a CVS/pharmacy location.

You will support the Store Manager in leadership and strategic operations, supervise the store crew, and communicate clearly to ensure responsive service and strong performance. This full-time role offers a competitive pay scale and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
