CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will support the Store Manager in leading store operations, driving performance, handling sales and inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service to build loyalty.

You will supervise and develop the store team, implement policies, manage scheduling, and collaborate on actions plans to improve efficiency. This role requires a full-time schedule, flexibility, and a focus on safety and quality.

Competenze

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
