Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, supervise staff, manage inventory and customer service excellence to build loyalty and health outcomes.

You will report to the Store Manager, lead daily operations, coordinate scheduling, training, and development, and contribute to financial management while maintaining safety and quality standards in a busy CVS/pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication, leadership and supervision skills expected.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store management, supervision and policy implementation.
• Handle sales, inventory management and customer service leadership.
