Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, helping to drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Under the Store Manager, you’ll lead a productive store team with initiative and by example.

This full-time role supports the Store Manager with operational planning, staff development, inventory and financial management, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and timely.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
