CVS Health, a leading CVS/pharmacy retailer, is seeking an Operations Manager as part of the Store Management team to drive store execution and strengthen customer loyalty through exceptional service. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a capable team with initiative and accountability.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, staff development, financial oversight, and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Preferred: experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
