Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a hands-on Store Operations Manager who leads from the floor, builds relationships with clients, and develops a high-performing team. You will own daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and drive growth through memberships, rebooking, and service revenue.

California Esthetician License is required; evenings and weekends availability is a plus as you ensure exceptional client experiences and operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Warm, confident, energetic and approachable.
• Strong client-service and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on leader with coaching ability.
• Business-minded with sales and operational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations on the floor and with the team.
• Welcome clients, build relationships and personalize their experience.
• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Create camaraderie and accountability within the store.
• Perform services as needed while upholding standards.
• Own scheduling, labor, inventory and operational readiness.
• Drive store sales and growth through memberships, rebooking, and upsell.
