FACE FOUNDRIÉ – The Veranda in Concord, CA is seeking an Esthetician Manager to lead the esthetician team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. This role combines leadership, training, and hands-on service delivery to boost business performance and team development.

The ideal candidate will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, compliance, and performance management while maintaining FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards. California license is required.

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician license required.
• Leadership and management experience in a spa/beauty environment.
• Expertise in dermaplaning, HydraFacial, chemical peels, and related treatments.
• Strong training, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the esthetician team.
• Hire and onboard new esthetician staff.
• Coach team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Oversee scheduling and compliance with state board regulations.
