Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a hands-on Store Operations Manager who leads from the floor, builds relationships with clients, and develops a high-performing team. You will own daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and drive growth through memberships, rebooking, and service revenue.

California Esthetician License is required; evenings and weekends availability is a plus as you ensure exceptional client experiences and operational excellence across the store.

Our Store Operations Manager should lead from the floor, know our clients, anticipate their needs and create an environment where people feel recognized rather than processed.

What You'll Own

• Lead daily store operations while being visible and engaged with clients and the team

• Welcome clients, build relationships and personalize their experience

• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team

• Create camaraderie, accountability and a culture where everyone helps everyone

• Perform services as needed while maintaining technical, sanitation and brand standards

• Own scheduling, labor productivity, inventory and operational readiness

• Drive store sales and profitable growth through membership conversion, rebooking, client retention, service revenue, average ticket and retail sales.

• Resolve client concerns quickly and turn service challenges into opportunities for loyalty

• Support local partnerships and community engagement

• Manage performance against store goals, KPIs and profitability

Compensation & Opportunity

• $65k-70k Salary based on experience and qualifications
