FACE FOUNDRIÉ Pleasanton is seeking a Store Operations Manager who leads from the floor, builds strong client relationships and develops a high-performing team. Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Warm, confident, energetic and approachable.
• Business-minded with strong sales and operational awareness.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations while being visible and engaged with clients and the team.
• Welcome clients, build relationships and personalize their experience.
• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive store sales and profitable growth through memberships, rebooking, client retention, service revenue, average ticket and retail sales.
• Manage scheduling, labor productivity, inventory and operational readiness.
