CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager for a part-time CVS/pharmacy store in Highland Park, NJ. You will lead store crews, drive execution, and promote exceptional customer service while supporting the Store Manager in strategic operations.

The role requires leadership, analytical and communication skills, with availability for a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Benefits and a competitive pay range accompany this opportunity.

Competenze

Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
