Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy team in New Jersey. You will support the Store Manager in leading a CVS/pharmacy store, executing store strategy and driving performance while delivering excellent customer service and building consumer loyalty.

You will supervise store crews, ensure effective communication, and develop action plans for operational and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnight shifts and weekends.
